Hi, I’m Yeny Fernandez, BCBA Founder & President

I started Lasting Behavior Changes, Inc because I believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential—and every family deserves support, respect, and hope along the way.

My journey in ABA began 15 years ago after working with 2 children who changed my life / when I saw the positive impact behavioral therapy had on them and their families. After earning a Master's degree from Kaplan University in Psychology, I witnessed how personalized, compassionate therapy can transform lives—not just for children, but for parents, siblings, and entire communities.

At LBChanges, Inc, we’re more than a therapy provider—we’re a partner in your child’s growth. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services that are tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
